These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in Jordan Travel Market ("JTM", "Event", "we", "us", "our") scheduled for December 3-5, 2026, in Aqaba, Jordan. By registering for or attending the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as an exhibitor or visitor, accessing our website, or participating in JTM, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not register for or attend the Event.

2. Event Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

  • All participants must complete the online registration process
  • Registration information must be accurate, complete, and current
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to register
  • Each registration is valid for one individual only and is non-transferable
  • JTM reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at our sole discretion

2.2 Registration Fees

  • All fees are stated in the applicable currency and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
  • Payment must be received in full before the Event to confirm your registration
  • Prices are subject to change without notice until payment is confirmed
  • Additional charges may apply for optional services or upgrades

2.3 Confirmation

Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration details and event badge information. You must present this confirmation or your event badge to gain entry to the Event.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms and conditions for exhibitors and sponsors.

  • All payments must be made in the currency specified in your invoice
  • Payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods
  • Late payments may result in cancellation of registration or services
  • All bank charges and transaction fees are the responsibility of the payer

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund policy:

  • Cancellations more than 90 days before the Event: 75% refund
  • Cancellations 60-90 days before the Event: 50% refund
  • Cancellations 30-60 days before the Event: 25% refund
  • Cancellations less than 30 days before the Event: No refund
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]
  • JTM reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event due to circumstances beyond our control

5. Limitation of Liability

JTM, its organizers, partners, and sponsors shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred by participants. Participants attend at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings and safety. We recommend obtaining appropriate insurance coverage.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property related to JTM, including logos, trademarks, and promotional materials, are owned by Jordan Travel Market or our licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your participation in the Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jordan.
