These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in Jordan Travel Market ("JTM", "Event", "we", "us", "our") scheduled for December 3-5, 2026, in Aqaba, Jordan. By registering for or attending the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.
By registering as an exhibitor or visitor, accessing our website, or participating in JTM, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not register for or attend the Event.
Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration details and event badge information. You must present this confirmation or your event badge to gain entry to the Event.
Payment terms and conditions for exhibitors and sponsors.
Cancellation and refund policy:
JTM, its organizers, partners, and sponsors shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred by participants. Participants attend at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings and safety. We recommend obtaining appropriate insurance coverage.
All content, materials, and intellectual property related to JTM, including logos, trademarks, and promotional materials, are owned by Jordan Travel Market or our licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your participation in the Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jordan.
